Saul Vincente hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Dogo Argentino's Tadeo Errolan got a free kick in the 35th minute. Vito Pirani could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Fernan Loren made a huge save. 37 minutes into the match, Vito Pirani dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fernan Loren, 1-3. In the 41st minute, Moises Godoy ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maurinho Corrêa was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Fausto Araoz scored 1-5 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maurinho Corrêa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Dogo Argentino were leading 1-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aílton Donato made a kick off. After 52 played minutes, Minuim SS's Silvinho Marquez shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fernan Loren came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Minuim SS reached it. Fernan Loren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arthur Severo, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Maurinho Corrêa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Moises Godoy in the 62nd minute. Aílton Donato fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernan Loren having to interfere.
