Spectators: 7464 (Terracing: 5599, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 149) 5 minutes into the match, Artur Azevedo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pascual Porfirio, 1-0. Pascual Porfirio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kiko Neves in the 8th minute of play. After 9 played minutes El Retorno de Palermo got a freekick which was hit by Sergio Faron. Pascual Porfirio made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Kiko Neves sent off a good shot on target. Reinaldo Marques hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Danilo Arruda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelino Bernard, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 18th minute, Artur Azevedo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 19th match minute, Braga Junior FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armando Zonta to maneuver through the defense. Braga Junior FC's Danilo Arruda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sergio Faron in the 20th minute of play. Armando Zonta's late challenge caught a El Retorno de Palermo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Armando Zonta helped the player get up and apologised. In the 24th minute Sergio Faron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danilo Arruda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Braga Junior FC booed when El Retorno de Palermo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucio Loco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kiko Neves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pascual Porfirio having to interfere. Kiko Neves scored 2-1 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pascual Porfirio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Pascual Porfirio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kiko Neves in the 55th minute of the match. A collision led to Braga Junior FC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Christian Braga hit a great ball. Eleuterio Savier might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Danilo Arruda. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eleuterio Savier ran back to his position shaking his head. Kiko Neves struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Pascual Porfirio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Braga Junior FC. Pascual Porfirio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kiko Neves in the 65th minute of the match. Cristian Napier showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3. In the 99th minute, Danilo Milian reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Danilo Arruda. The goal made the score 2-4. El Retorno de Palermo's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
