Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zbigniew Barycz in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Max Gilespie prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Max Gilespie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zbigniew Barycz in the 10th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Gavião Kyikatejê's goalkeeper Max Gilespie had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jan Giec. The supporters of Janusze Futbolu booed when Gavião Kyikatejê was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gregor Nelson didn't get a good kick on the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Gavião Kyikatejê's goal looked a bit too open when Karol Dabrowski came free, but Max Gilespie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dominik Ledochowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Milosz Fafinski got free with Max Gilespie in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Steve McWattie kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Teobald Piechocki kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Michal Brysz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Terry McAngus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 37 minutes into the match, Milosz Fafinski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Max Gilespie. Gavião Kyikatejê's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Milosz Fafinski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. 43 minutes into the match, Gavião Kyikatejê's goalkeeper Max Gilespie had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Milosz Fafinski. Jordan Robison charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jordan Robison the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

In the 51st minute, Gregor Nelson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 54 played minutes Janusze Futbolu got a freekick which was hit by Teobald Piechocki. Hugh Gilbertson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Janusze Futbolu getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Miromir Sliwinski hit a great ball. In the 62nd minute Jan Giec shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Max Gilespie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Milosz Fafinski in the 64th minute of play forced Gavião Kyikatejê's goalkeeper Max Gilespie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute, Steve McWattie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gavião Kyikatejê's Max Gilespie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zbigniew Barycz in the 67th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Kenneth McGilbert managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gavião Kyikatejê's supporters rose to their feet, but Kenneth McGilbert was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Michal Brysz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Giec in the 85th minute of play forced Gavião Kyikatejê's goalkeeper Max Gilespie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Robin Laidlaw during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Robin Laidlaw hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Max Gilespie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zbigniew Barycz, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. 97 minutes into the match, Gavião Kyikatejê's goal looked a bit too open when Zbigniew Barycz came free, but Max Gilespie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There was no doubt that Janusze Futbolu were the better team. Janusze Futbolu's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
