Candido Ayala took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 3rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Melvin Woering. Zijdewind SC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, ☠QUINTERO☠'s Miguel Ángel Zúñiga got a free kick in the 4th minute. Gervasio Pattillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henk-Jan Slot, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Patricio Saravia charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Patricio Saravia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Emanuel Navia scored 0-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Melvin Woering, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Melvin Woering made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Alberto Alcerreca in the 21st minute of play. Bertrán Jarabran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Melvin Woering tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Melvin Woering showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Alberto Alcerreca in the 31st minute of the match. Melvin Woering took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emanuel Navia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zijdewind SC's Melvin Woering played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Saravia in the 40th minute of play. A collision led to ☠QUINTERO☠ getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Emanuel Navia hit a great ball. Frank Gulpen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gervasio Pattillo having to interfere. Melvin Woering didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Francisco Alberto Alcerreca went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Francisco Alberto Alcerreca made a kick off. In the 54th minute, Francisco Alberto Alcerreca fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Zijdewind SC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 63rd minute, when Bertrán Jarabran scored to the left of an out of position Melvin Woering, making the score, 0-5. After some careless play in the Zijdewind SC defense, Bertrán Jarabran kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Melvin Woering. The Zijdewind SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Melvin Woering should have stopped the shot. If Bertrán Jarabran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Melvin Woering didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bertrán Jarabran went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. If Fidel Van Diest had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over ☠QUINTERO☠ could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Zijdewind SC throughout the match.
