Valentin Hâjdău was out of position in the 4 minute of play, and Patricio Saravia capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Patricio Saravia really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Valentin Hâjdău took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bertrán Jarabran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 7th minute, Patricio Saravia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ☠QUINTERO☠ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. 14 minutes into the game, Alonso Doebbel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ☠QUINTERO☠'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hope AFC the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gheorghe Comănescu in the 16th minute of play forced ☠QUINTERO☠'s goalkeeper Gervasio Pattillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Patricio Saravia got free with Valentin Hâjdău in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 19th minute Gheorghe Comănescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gervasio Pattillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristo Dimo hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as ☠QUINTERO☠'s Francisco Alberto Alcerreca slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Valentin Hâjdău. That made the score 3-0 after 20 minutes of play. If Miguel Ángel Zúñiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valentin Hâjdău didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 26th minute, which inside left pole to 4-0. Valentin Hâjdău made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bertrán Jarabran in the 30th minute of play. Valentin Hâjdău made an important save on a dangerous shot by Patricio Saravia in the 31st minute. Gervasio Pattillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gheorghe Comănescu in the 33rd minute of play. Hope AFC's Valentin Hâjdău proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Hope AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 40th match minute, Hope AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Barbu to maneuver through the defense. Valentin Hâjdău was a little too slow when Emanuel Navia got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 44th minute. The score was now 6-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Francisco Alberto Alcerreca made a kick off. Hope AFC's Valentin Hâjdău played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Alberto Alcerreca in the 52nd minute of play. Bertrán Jarabran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valentin Hâjdău having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Hope AFC's Gervasio Pattillo threw himself towards the right post 63 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sebastian Purje, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 69 minutes into the game, ☠QUINTERO☠'s Francisco Alberto Alcerreca nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Valentin Hâjdău made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. Valentin Hâjdău made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bertrán Jarabran in the 73rd minute of play. Valentin Hâjdău showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bertrán Jarabran, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Bertrán Jarabran took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Valentin Hâjdău. Valentin Hâjdău dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. 92 minutes into the match, Hope AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Bertrán Jarabran came free, but Valentin Hâjdău reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. ☠QUINTERO☠ fully deserved thier win.
