Sebastian Purje in the 6thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ruperto Raulo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Felipe Carlomagno put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Valentin Hâjdău. After 13 minutes of play, Margarita's Jaime Iratzeder made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Valentin Hâjdău was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 17th minute, Joaquin Cordarrel made a precise shot to the right of Valentin Hâjdău. Hope AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Ruperto Raulo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Purje in the 22nd minute of play. Gheorghe Comănescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Ruperto Raulo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 27 minutes into the match, Margarita's goal looked a bit too open when Gheorghe Comănescu came free, but Ruperto Raulo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sebastian Purje's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 29thth minute, Ruperto Raulo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 30th minute, Felipe Carlomagno ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Valentin Hâjdău was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Valentin Hâjdău showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gualterio Romo in the 34th minute of the match. If Gualterio Romo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 39 minutes into the match, Hope AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquin Cordarrel came free, but Valentin Hâjdău reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute Joaquin Cordarrel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentin Hâjdău saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute of the match Cristo Dimo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ruperto Raulo skillfully saved the ball. When Hope AFC's Sebastian Purje in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Margarita's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Hope AFC booed when Margarita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Iratzeder didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jaime Iratzeder stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Gualterio Romo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Valentin Hâjdău. Hope AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gualterio Romo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. The audience was convinced that Sebastian Purje's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ruperto Raulo was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. 62 minutes had been played when some careless play by Margarita's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cristo Dimo was slow to take the kick. During this time Hope AFC's players had a chance to rest. In the 67th minute, Jaime Iratzeder reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Valentin Hâjdău. The goal made the score 1-6. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sebastian Purje in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ruperto Raulo saved Margarita from getting behind. If Sebastian Purje had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 79th minute, Jaime Iratzeder ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Valentin Hâjdău was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-7. 82 minutes into the game, Margarita's Gualterio Romo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Valentin Hâjdău made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-8. Valentin Hâjdău made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquin Cordarrel in the 88th minute of play. Eric Sântimbrean received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Ruperto Raulo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristo Dimo lost his temper 95 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The goalkeeper, Valentin Hâjdău, was totally fooled by Margarita's Joaquin Cordarrel, who 98 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side.
