With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tadeusz Skorny in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mario Klompe saved Zijdewind SC from getting behind. Zachary Zawacki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferdi Dekens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Wisła Kraków's Tadeusz Skorny got a free kick in the 25th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henk Zaagman in the 29th minute of play forced Wisła Kraków's goalkeeper Zachary Zawacki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Henk-Jan Slot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute, Szczepan Ochabski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Zijdewind SC's Mario Klompe got control of the ball when Tadeusz Skorny tried to sneak it across the goal line. A throw-in in the 43rd minute of the game was made by Arjan van Zijp with Ferdi Dekens as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Tadeusz Skorny made the kick off in the second half. Henk-Jan Slot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zachary Zawacki having to interfere. After 53 played minutes Wisła Kraków got a freekick which was hit by Damian Kiszkiel. Zachary Zawacki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henk-Jan Slot in the 57th minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 58 minutes into the game, when Zygmunt Witkowski put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 57th minute of the game. One of Wisła Kraków:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Zijdewind SC:s goal. When the match had been going on for 60 minutes, Zijdewind SC's Ferdi Dekens got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Zachary Zawacki. 63 minutes into the match, Wisła Kraków's goal looked a bit too open when Henk-Jan Slot came free, but Zachary Zawacki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zachary Zawacki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastiaan Schattenberg in the 64th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Ferdi Dekens took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Zachary Zawacki to make any attempt to save it. Ferdi Dekens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 75 minutes into the game, Franck Tinge was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zijdewind SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wisła Kraków the free kick. Franck Tinge kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Mario Klompe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tadeusz Skorny, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Damian Kiszkiel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mario Klompe having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeusz Skorny in the 81st minute of play forced Zijdewind SC's goalkeeper Mario Klompe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Henk-Jan Slot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ferdi Dekens hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The Zijdewind SC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Zijdewind SC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
