After a defensive mix-up in Zijdewind SC's zone, Armando Isidor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mario Klompe came out of the goal and Armando Isidor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Henry Lembeck kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Benjamin Furtado. That made the score 1-0 in the 13 minute of play. The supporters of Zijdewind SC booed when Ullún was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramon Amaya didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th match minute, Ullún was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sixto Lertxun to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd minute, Ferdi Dekens reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Benjamin Furtado. The goal made the score 2-0. After 39 minutes, Henk-Jan Slot made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Ullún's Benjamin Furtado tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Ullún getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Sixto Lertxun hit a great ball.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ferdi Dekens during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 75th minute, Sixto Lertxun reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mario Klompe. The goal made the score 3-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aaron Errolan in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mario Klompe saved Zijdewind SC from getting behind. After 83 played minutes Ullún got a freekick which was hit by Mario Gil. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aaron Errolan in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mario Klompe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Ferdi Dekens came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Zijdewind SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ferdi Dekens couldn't finish the play. Ullún's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
