Spectators: 7554 (Terracing: 5667, Seating: 1737, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Kennet Bergqvist took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of Leeds United FC booed when Parque Europa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Unai Teruel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leeds United FC's Elliott Levander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Galnares in the 11th minute of play. Ospin Dominguez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kennet Bergqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Tommy Lönn made in the 18th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Parque Europa FC's Guilabertus De la Torre. Parque Europa FC's attentive Guilabertus De la Torre managed to snatch the ball when Mikael Larsfelt made a throw-in in the 21st minute of the game. 26 minutes into the match, Aaron Kvist had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ospin Dominguez. Parque Europa FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aaron Kvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Leeds United FC's goalkeeper Elliott Levander, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 29th minute, Luis Galnares ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elliott Levander was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. After a rather tough play, Parque Europa FC's Luis Galnares got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Parque Europa FC's Guilabertus De la Torre managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Mikael Larsfelt in the 34 minute of the game. After 35 played minutes Parque Europa FC got a freekick which was hit by Luis Galnares. Aaron Kvist came free with the goalkeeper in the 44th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ospin Dominguez could save by the left post. Elliott Levander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Galnares in the 46th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Basilio Eufemio made a kick off. In the 50th match minute, Parque Europa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Unai Teruel to maneuver through the defense. Gordon Strachan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ospin Dominguez having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Basilio Eufemio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Elliott Levander. That made the score 2-2 in the 56 minute of play. When Valery Cardeñosa fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Parque Europa FC's protests and gave Valery Cardeñosa a yellow card for diving instead. Basilio Eufemio's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Elliott Levander firmly grabbed it by the left post. When Basilio Eufemio fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Parque Europa FC's protests and gave Basilio Eufemio a yellow card for diving instead. Kennet Bergqvist took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ospin Dominguez. Ospin Dominguez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Luis Galnares's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Elliott Levander read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. Elliott Levander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Galnares, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. There was no doubt that Leeds United FC were the better team. Leeds United FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
