Spectators: 7451 (Terracing: 5590, Seating: 1713, VIP seats: 148) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Norberto-Osvaldo Alonso took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, Teodelina FC's goalkeeper Jesus Flor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Laurgain. The supporters of Teodelina FC booed when C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelo Crescencio didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Teodelina FC's Norberto-Osvaldo Alonso in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE's goalie prevented a goal. Victoriano Acosta kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Gaston Matthew might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jesus Flor. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gaston Matthew ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Norberto-Osvaldo Alonso in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rene Tristan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Teodelina FC's Jesus Flor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaston Matthew in the 31st minute of play. Norberto-Osvaldo Alonso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rene Tristan having to interfere. If Gaston Matthew had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gaston Matthew to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute of the match, Norberto-Osvaldo Alonso tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rene Tristan saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Jesus Flor stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Victoriano Acosta's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. 56 minutes into the match, C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE's goal looked a bit too open when Norberto-Osvaldo Alonso came free, but Rene Tristan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Norberto-Osvaldo Alonso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gaston Matthew's late challenge caught a Teodelina FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gaston Matthew helped the player get up and apologised. In the 69th minute, Gaston Matthew hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Norberto-Osvaldo Alonso struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Rene Tristan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Teodelina FC. When Gaston Salvadore fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Teodelina FC's protests and gave Gaston Salvadore a yellow card for diving instead. After 81 played minutes Teodelina FC got a freekick which was hit by Gaston Salvadore. 86 minutes into the game, Norberto-Osvaldo Alonso recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rene Tristan. Norberto-Osvaldo Alonso showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE's Rene Tristan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norberto-Osvaldo Alonso in the 96th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Teodelina FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
