The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Elia Cicchini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rene Tristan having to interfere. Victoriano Acosta came free with the goalkeeper in the 6th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Emiliano Cara could save by the left post. Emiliano Cara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaston Matthew in the 8th minute of the match. A collision led to Valdieri getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Antonio Forte hit a great ball. 14 minutes into the game, Alessandro Mascitti was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Valdieri's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE the free kick. Rene Tristan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuele Ranieri in the 17th minute of the match. After 18 minutes, Cipriano Paulin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE and the Valdieri players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Emanuele Ranieri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Emiliano Cara was a little too slow when Gaston Matthew got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 32nd minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 34th minute, Edoardo Cabrini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fulvio Bozzelli kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Tomas Laurgain scored 2-0 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emiliano Cara, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victoriano Acosta got free with Emiliano Cara in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eugenio Stefano was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Fulvio Bozzelli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE's Rene Tristan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugenio Stefano in the 64th minute of play. The supporters of C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE booed when Valdieri was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fulvio Bozzelli didn't get a good kick on the ball. 66 minutes into the match, C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE's Justo Guerrero sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emiliano Cara narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Emiliano Cara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaston Matthew, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Victoriano Acosta kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. When Cipriano Paulin was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 72 minutes had been played. Cipriano Paulin hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. After 79 played minutes C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE got a freekick which was hit by Victoriano Acosta. Emiliano Cara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaston Matthew in the 81st minute of the match. After 85 played minutes C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE got a freekick which was hit by Justo Berto. 90 minutes into the game, Eugenio Stefano recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rene Tristan. Eugenio Stefano showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Valdieri players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE.
