The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of EL PEPO FC booed when Cascade Park West was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas McKinnon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Camilo Policarpio hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in EL PEPO FC's zone, Denis Marcus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Melquiades Patxi came out of the goal and Denis Marcus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of EL PEPO FC booed when Cascade Park West was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Trevor Schumacher didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leif Engle to make the kick off. 58 minutes into the match, EL PEPO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Claude Walters came free, but Melquiades Patxi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Claude Walters received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Melquiades Patxi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jacinto Ayala kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgard Herauso in the 66th minute of play forced Cascade Park West's goalkeeper Charles Knapp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomás Satordi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Charles Knapp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Cascade Park West's Charles Knapp got control of the ball when Rafael Clodio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Claude Walters fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Patxi having to interfere. After 73 played minutes EL PEPO FC got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Policarpio. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leif Engle in the 76th minute of play forced EL PEPO FC's goalkeeper Melquiades Patxi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th minute, Leif Engle ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Melquiades Patxi was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Charles Knapp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Clodio in the 89th minute of the match. In the 91st minute, Adalberto Salter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 93 minutes of play, EL PEPO FC's Celso Inge made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Charles Knapp was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched EL PEPO FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
