Didi Gonçalves was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 11 minutes into the game, Gennadiy Getsko was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Ruh Lviv's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nagrand the free kick. A collision led to FC Ruh Lviv getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Gennadiy Getsko hit a great ball. If Myroslav Akymenko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Didi Gonçalves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Danylo Bandera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 16 minutes into the match, Nagrand's goal looked a bit too open when Anatoliy Batyuk came free, but Didi Gonçalves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Didi Gonçalves didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Danylo Bandera went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 22nd minute, Didi Chandran got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Myroslav Akymenko charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Myroslav Akymenko the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 27th minute, Didi Chandran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nagrand's Didi Gonçalves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danylo Bandera in the 34th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Didi Chandran in the 43rd minute of play forced FC Ruh Lviv's goalkeeper Andriy Trubin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th minute Myroslav Akymenko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Didi Gonçalves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Didi Gonçalves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Myroslav Akymenko in the 46th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Myroslav Akymenko to make the kick off. Myroslav Akymenko hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Didi Gonçalves was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Myroslav Akymenko showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 55 minute of play. Svyatoslav Krutyvus hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Danylo Bandera charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Danylo Bandera the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 66th minute, Didi Chandran ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Andriy Trubin was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Gabriel Laycock fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andriy Trubin having to interfere. After 70 played minutes FC Ruh Lviv got a freekick which was hit by Kostyantyn Tereschenko. In the 73rd minute, Anatoliy Batyuk reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Didi Gonçalves. The goal made the score 1-4. In the 76th minute Myroslav Akymenko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Didi Gonçalves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Prime Rajah charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Prime Rajah the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Nagrand getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Prime Rajah hit a great ball. After 84 played minutes, FC Ruh Lviv's Myroslav Akymenko shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Didi Gonçalves came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Ruh Lviv reached it. In the 86th minute Gabriel Laycock shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andriy Trubin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Didi Gonçalves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kostyantyn Tereschenko in the 94th minute. FC Ruh Lviv played a much better game than Nagrand and deserved their victory. The Nagrand players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
