After some careless play in the Bright defense, Gabriel Laycock kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of 韩兴岚. The Bright fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that 韩兴岚 should have stopped the shot. In the 11th minute Gabriel Laycock shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 韩兴岚 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot by 余凡默 from long distance, 23 minutes into the match, got Didi Gonçalves's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Gabriel Laycock blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without 韩兴岚 having to make a save. In the 44th minute Didi Kool shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 韩兴岚 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The supporters of Nagrand booed when Bright was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. 孔奕诚 didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 81st play minutes Gabriel Laycock shot 0-3, a short shot which went by 韩兴岚 and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 86th minute, Didi Kool left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nagrand fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Gabriel Laycock blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without 韩兴岚 having to make a save. 梅希正 kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Nagrand's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
