The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute, Grozdan Vrazhalski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 4th minute, one of El Ridiculo Football Club:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for El Ridiculo Football Club. Serafin Cordaryal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 19 minutes, Ciriaco Ler managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Ridiculo Football Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ciriaco Ler was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angel Vardarov in the 23rd minute of play forced El Ridiculo Football Club's goalkeeper Gualterio Fonso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Serafin Cordaryal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Lyubcho Ruychev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gualterio Fonso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rostislav Mazakov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lyubcho Ruychev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serafin Cordaryal in the 29th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yani Popisakov in the 32nd minute of play forced El Ridiculo Football Club's goalkeeper Gualterio Fonso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, El Ridiculo Football Club's Ciriaco Ler got a free kick in the 35th minute. In the 37th minute Sergey Munev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gualterio Fonso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lyubcho Ruychev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serafin Cordaryal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Serafin Cordaryal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lyubcho Ruychev having to interfere. After the first half VN Keleler were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yani Popisakov to make the kick off. In the 58th match minute, VN Keleler was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Grozdan Chapkúnov to maneuver through the defense. Gualterio Fonso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angel Vardarov in the 67th minute of play. In the 69th match minute, VN Keleler was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elenko Ikov to maneuver through the defense. After 71 played minutes VN Keleler got a freekick which was hit by Elenko Ikov. Carlos Benat was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 72nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Serafin Cordaryal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Lyubcho Ruychev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 76 minutes into the match, El Ridiculo Football Club's goalkeeper Gualterio Fonso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yani Popisakov. Gaston Jacindo kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Gualterio Fonso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angel Vardarov in the 85th minute of play. In the 87th minute, VN Keleler's Yani Popisakov ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gualterio Fonso. Gualterio Fonso yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Serafin Cordaryal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Lyubcho Ruychev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 96th minute, Grozdan Chapkúnov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The El Ridiculo Football Club supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching VN Keleler's performance. The match ended with a win for VN Keleler.
