The referee ignored Canarinho Atordoado's protests and gave Jeremias Zanette a yellow card for diving instead. In the 4th minute, Jeremias Zanette hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 5th minute, Lech Kaczynski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 7 played minutes Canarinho Atordoado got a freekick which was hit by Allan Tepedino. 9 minutes into the match, Borys Makowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Egídio Sampaio. Canarinho Atordoado's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Borys Makowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Jeremias Zanette hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Egídio Sampaio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lech Kaczynski, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Benedykt Zuraw struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Egídio Sampaio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Illuminati. Horácio Neiva charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Horácio Neiva the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Benedykt Zuraw recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Canarinho Atordoado booed when Illuminati was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmund Cetnar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luís Gustavo Souza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wiktor Ciborek having to interfere. In the 30th match minute, Canarinho Atordoado was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Allan Tepedino to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Illuminati getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Tomasz Zworski hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Borys Makowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Illuminati's supporters rose to their feet, but Borys Makowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Egídio Sampaio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 40th minute Leszek Piglowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egídio Sampaio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marian Wolicki kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Canarinho Atordoado's Otávio Pimenta couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 48th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Illuminati. After the first half Illuminati were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leszek Piglowski was the one to do the kick off. If Diogo Dionísio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Leszek Piglowski took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Egídio Sampaio to make any attempt to save it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leszek Piglowski got free with Egídio Sampaio in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Egídio Sampaio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomasz Zworski in the 68th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benedykt Zuraw got free with Egídio Sampaio in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Egídio Sampaio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Borys Makowski in the 71st minute of play. With a little luck, Canarinho Atordoado's Egídio Sampaio got control of the ball when Leszek Piglowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leszek Piglowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Horácio Neiva was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 85 minutes had been played. The supporters of Illuminati booed when Canarinho Atordoado was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Horácio Neiva didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wiktor Ciborek made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Illuminati's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
