When Wladyslaw Scigan in the 38th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Edgardo Kinsen kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-0 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. In the 43rd minute, Agustin Elija hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Camilo Palben in the 46th minute of play forced WKS Śląsk Wrocław's goalkeeper Tobiasz Osowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Wladyslaw Scigan came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the WKS Śląsk Wrocław fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wladyslaw Scigan couldn't finish the play. Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s supporters rose to their feet, but Camilo Palben was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tobiasz Osowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 90 minutes, Benedicto Lobo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥ and the WKS Śląsk Wrocław players grew even worse after the yellow card. Benedicto Lobo hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match.
