With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eberhardt Næsager in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edgardo Librado saved Villa Ballester FC from getting behind. Loui Sig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Edgardo Librado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edgardo Librado was out of position in the 17 minute of play, and Ulrik Wieder capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ulrik Wieder really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Ulrik Wieder succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 25th playminute. Edgardo Librado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eberhardt Næsager's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. After 32 minutes, Efrain Galtero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Villa Ballester FC and the Hønning players grew even worse after the yellow card. Folmar Dandanell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Rafe, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. With a little luck, Villa Ballester FC's Edgardo Librado got control of the ball when Ulrik Wieder tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eberhardt Næsager received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Edgardo Librado came out and tried to block the shot, but Eberhardt Næsager slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 40th minute. Julio Emmanuel struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Folmar Dandanell didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Villa Ballester FC. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eberhardt Næsager to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eberhardt Næsager during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 56th minute, Hønning's Eskild Krossla seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Eskild Krossla the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Hønning protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Eskild Krossla had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 58 minutes into the match, Hønning's goalkeeper Folmar Dandanell had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teobaldo Canor. In the 69th minute Tomás Clementi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Folmar Dandanell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edgardo Librado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eberhardt Næsager in the 74th minute of play. If Harry Bøndorff had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th minute, Marc Haugsted made a precise shot to the right of Edgardo Librado. Villa Ballester FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eberhardt Næsager in the 94th minute of play forced Villa Ballester FC's goalkeeper Edgardo Librado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eberhardt Næsager struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Edgardo Librado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hønning. Villa Ballester FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
