The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Diogo Dionísio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Diogo Dionísio came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Canarinho Atordoado fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Diogo Dionísio couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Otávio Pimenta in the 55th minute of play forced Locura Académica's goalkeeper Hernan Eudoxio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Leo Tximitx had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Egídio Sampaio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Egídio Sampaio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celedonio Mundo in the 85th minute of the match. Angel Firmo made a great header on Locura Académica's corner, it was just that Canarinho Atordoado's Egídio Sampaio managed to reach the ball for a save. 91 minutes into the game, Jonas Argider cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Egídio Sampaio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Desiderio Gregory's late challenge caught a Canarinho Atordoado's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Desiderio Gregory helped the player get up and apologised. In the 94th match minute, Locura Académica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Desiderio Gregory to maneuver through the defense. Locura Académica had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
