Spectators: 7487 (Terracing: 5616, Seating: 1722, VIP seats: 149) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Joel Pabla got the match started through his kick off. Torben Scherrer came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Muchachos del 86's Joel Pabla. But to his dismay, Joel Pabla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 10th play minute Santo Blanco came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Torben Scherrer. 2-0. Torben Scherrer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Pabla, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Torben Scherrer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erubiel Presebal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Pabla in the 21st minute of play forced Poli Timisoara's goalkeeper Torben Scherrer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Torben Scherrer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Pabla, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After some careless play in the Los Muchachos del 86 defense, Thomas Schmuck kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ramiro Erasto. The Los Muchachos del 86 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ramiro Erasto should have stopped the shot. Ramiro Erasto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven Holst, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes had been played when some careless play by Los Muchachos del 86's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ronny Felich was slow to take the kick. During this time Poli Timisoara's players had a chance to rest. Poli Timisoara's Ronny Felich was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ramiro Erasto in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Ramiro Erasto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronny Felich in the 35th minute of play. In the 39th minute Sven Holst shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramiro Erasto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, Poli Timisoara's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Pabla came free, but Torben Scherrer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

55 minutes into the game, Sebastian Gehlen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Poli Timisoara's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los Muchachos del 86 the free kick. Sebastian Gehlen hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. A collision led to Poli Timisoara getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Sebastian Gehlen hit a great ball. When Joel Pabla came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Los Muchachos del 86 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Pabla couldn't finish the play. Torben Scherrer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joel Pabla went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Poli Timisoara's Torben Scherrer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santo Blanco in the 71st minute of play. When Robin Pluta fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Poli Timisoara's protests and gave Robin Pluta a yellow card for diving instead. In the 73rd minute, Robin Pluta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Torben Scherrer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erubiel Presebal in the 74th minute of play. Jochen Frohlich kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Los Muchachos del 86's zone, Ronny Felich stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ramiro Erasto came out of the goal and Ronny Felich tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sven Holst recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Jochen Frohlich had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th minute of the match, Sven Holst tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ramiro Erasto saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Los Muchachos del 86 had won after a very even match.
