The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Zebolla FC defense, Wanderson Cerezo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Silverio Malmonje. The Zebolla FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Silverio Malmonje should have stopped the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Família Ressaca MZ's Tales Salles slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Silverio Malmonje. That made the score 2-0 after 13 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, Zebolla FC's Che Montecino got a free kick in the 15th minute. 16 minutes into the game, Família Ressaca MZ's Wanderson Cerezo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Silverio Malmonje made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. If Wanderson Cerezo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 21 minutes into the match, Família Ressaca MZ's goal looked a bit too open when Salbatore Septien came free, but Fábio Meirelles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fábio Meirelles stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Che Montecino's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Fábio Meirelles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xan Mesones in the 25th minute of play. When Família Ressaca MZ's Wanderson Cerezo in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Zebolla FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Celsinho Vidal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Che Montecino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Fábio Meirelles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Salvadore Sanles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.
Silverio Malmonje didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Raul Gonçalves went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. In the 54th match minute, Zebolla FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roberto Marmol to maneuver through the defense. 56 minutes into the game, Wanderson Cerezo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Família Ressaca MZ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zebolla FC the free kick. In the 56th minute, Wanderson Cerezo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 59th minute, Zebolla FC's Gurutz Sarria ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fábio Meirelles. Fábio Meirelles yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-1. 63 minutes into the match, Família Ressaca MZ's goal looked a bit too open when Che Montecino came free, but Fábio Meirelles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dedê Duarte during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Dedê Duarte kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Silverio Malmonje made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celsinho Vidal in the 68th minute of play. Celsinho Vidal charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Celsinho Vidal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Família Ressaca MZ's Celsinho Vidal got a free kick in the 73rd minute. 74 minutes into the match, Zebolla FC's Roberto Marmol broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Fábio Meirelles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Che Montecino, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. After taking down the ball on Zebolla FC's corner Roberto Marmol fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fábio Meirelles quite easily take care of the ball. Che Montecino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fábio Meirelles having to interfere. Silverio Malmonje didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Celsinho Vidal went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-2 was the resulting score. When Celsinho Vidal came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Família Ressaca MZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Celsinho Vidal couldn't finish the play.
