After 22 minutes of play, Platense es de Primera!!'s Alejandro Chano made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Damaso Panfilo was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Dionisio Cidro fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Platense es de Primera!!'s protests and gave Dionisio Cidro a yellow card for diving instead. Serafino Tabb came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Furia Calamar's Delmar Duarte. But to his dismay, Delmar Duarte quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 28th minute, Dionisio Cidro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Damaso Panfilo. The goal made the score 3-1. Bonifacio Ixidor kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Damaso Panfilo was out of position in the 33 minute of play, and Alejandro Chano capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alejandro Chano really showed his touch with that goal: 4-1. In the 40th match minute, Platense es de Primera!! was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dionisio Cidro to maneuver through the defense. 41 minutes into the game, Camilo Marin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Serafino Tabb was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 45th match minute, Furia Calamar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erubiel Matthew to maneuver through the defense. In the 46th minute, Platense es de Primera!!'s Alejandro Chano ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Damaso Panfilo. Damaso Panfilo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-2. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alejandro Chano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Furia Calamar's zone, Alejandro Chano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Damaso Panfilo came out of the goal and Alejandro Chano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Ronaldo Martínez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Damaso Panfilo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dionisio Cidro in the 55th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the match, Platense es de Primera!!'s goal looked a bit too open when Delmar Duarte came free, but Serafino Tabb reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Furia Calamar getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Erubiel Matthew hit a great ball. 65 minutes into the game, Platense es de Primera!!'s Alejandro Chano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Damaso Panfilo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejandro Chano in the 68th minute of play forced Furia Calamar's goalkeeper Damaso Panfilo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Serafino Tabb showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delmar Duarte in the 70th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the game, Platense es de Primera!!'s Dionisio Cidro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Damaso Panfilo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-2. Damaso Panfilo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anacleto Eguen in the 74th minute of play. Jorge Txilar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 79th match minute, Furia Calamar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iván Rossi to maneuver through the defense. When Ronaldo Martínez came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Furia Calamar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ronaldo Martínez couldn't finish the play. In the 88th minute Roman Kimetz suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. When Herminio Semeno fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Furia Calamar's protests and gave Herminio Semeno a yellow card for diving instead. Platense es de Primera!!'s Alejandro Rudolfo was substituted for Roman Kimetz. The supporters of Platense es de Primera!! booed when Furia Calamar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herminio Semeno didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Furia Calamar's Delmar Duarte got a free kick in the 92nd minute. 95 minutes into the game, Platense es de Primera!!'s Dionisio Cidro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
