In the 10th minute, Omar Arlegui left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 17th minute Pau Delzo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Torben Scherrer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Torben Scherrer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jonathan Brotfeld went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. When Thomas Schmuck came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Poli Timisoara fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thomas Schmuck couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Poli Timisoara's Sven Holst slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dionisio Costa. That made the score 1-3 after 40 minutes of play. Sven Holst recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pau Delzo was the one to do the kick off. Torben Scherrer was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jonathan Brotfeld showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 52 minute of play. Robin Wörns charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Robin Wörns the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 55 played minutes Poli Timisoara got a freekick which was hit by Robin Wörns. In the 65th minute, Siluna Baros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pau Delzo in the 68th minute of play forced Poli Timisoara's goalkeeper Torben Scherrer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC booed when Poli Timisoara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robin Wörns didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 73rd minute, Robin Wörns made a precise shot to the right of Dionisio Costa. PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. Torben Scherrer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pau Delzo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sven Holst fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dionisio Costa having to interfere. PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC's Dionisio Costa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronny Felich in the 83rd minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Poli Timisoara's goalkeeper Torben Scherrer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pau Delzo. Omar Arlegui took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Torben Scherrer. Torben Scherrer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-5.
