Spectators: 7519 (Terracing: 5640, Seating: 1729, VIP seats: 150) Gurdurão's Renan Cunha started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Gurdurão's Naldo Viana got a free kick in the 4th minute. Sever Ţurcaş fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilson Vianna having to interfere. 20 minutes into the game, Gurdurão's Renan Cunha nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Costin Ignătoiu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Wilson Vianna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isac Frunză, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wilson Vianna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mădălin Barbonța in the 25th minute of the match. In the 28th minute, AFC PunisherS™'s Isac Frunză dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isac Frunză in the 32nd minute of play forced Gurdurão's goalkeeper Wilson Vianna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wilson Vianna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isac Frunză in the 39th minute of play. Isac Frunză could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Wilson Vianna made a huge save. In the 42nd minute, Mădălin Barbonța reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Wilson Vianna. The goal made the score 2-1. Wilson Vianna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isac Frunză, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

In the 50th minute, Matías Bezerra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wilson Vianna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isac Frunză in the 52nd minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, Gurdurão's goal looked a bit too open when Isac Frunză came free, but Wilson Vianna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of AFC PunisherS™ booed when Gurdurão was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Vítor Dionísio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 59th minute, Naldo Viana fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Costin Ignătoiu, passed just outside the right post. In the 62nd minute Naldo Viana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Costin Ignătoiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Willian Siqueira hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. After 69 played minutes Gurdurão got a freekick which was hit by Vladimir Rossi. If Mădălin Barbonța had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Naldo Viana in the 87th minute of play forced AFC PunisherS™'s goalkeeper Costin Ignătoiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Renan Cunha struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Costin Ignătoiu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gurdurão. AFC PunisherS™'s supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
