The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When the match clock showed 5 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Imre Balázs sped through Gurdurão's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Wilson Vianna. Renan Cunha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Máté Saághy having to interfere. Imre Balázs scored 2-0 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wilson Vianna, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gurdurão's Wilson Vianna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Csaba Kondor in the 18th minute of play. Imre Balázs charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Imre Balázs the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Imre Balázs kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. If Bruninho Novaes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dávid Vásárhelyi made a kick off. Máté Saághy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Naldo Viana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, Gurdurão's Máté Saághy threw himself towards the right post 63 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Naldo Viana, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a rather tough play, Gurdurão's Naldo Viana got a free kick in the 88th minute. João Vítor Dionísio fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 90th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. Wilson Vianna came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by BOLDOG MADRIDISTÁK's Imre Balázs. But to his dismay, Imre Balázs quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1.
