Arnaldo Fernendo's late challenge caught a Twierdza Wroclaw's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arnaldo Fernendo helped the player get up and apologised. 7 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Burzaco's goal looked a bit too open when Eugeniusz Sokolski came free, but Arnaldo Lano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 10th minute, Tytus Zieba fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Arnaldo Lano, passed just outside the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atlético Burzaco's zone, Roman Januszewski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnaldo Lano came out of the goal and Roman Januszewski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eugeniusz Sokolski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Arnaldo Lano made a huge save. After 26 played minutes Club Atlético Burzaco got a freekick which was hit by Arnaldo Fernendo. The audience was convinced that Eugeniusz Sokolski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arnaldo Lano was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. Kajetan Turak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Narciso Gilen, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 28 minutes into the match, Twierdza Wroclaw's goal looked a bit too open when Freddy Bermund came free, but Kajetan Turak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute Eugeniusz Sokolski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnaldo Lano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arnaldo Fernendo was shown his second yellow card after 30 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Twierdza Wroclaw booed when Club Atlético Burzaco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnaldo Fernendo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 40 minutes into the game, Eugeniusz Sokolski recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Arnaldo Lano. Eugeniusz Sokolski showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-0. After 44 played minutes Twierdza Wroclaw got a freekick which was hit by Eugeniusz Sokolski. Arnaldo Lano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tytus Zieba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tytus Zieba stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Twierdza Wroclaw's Roman Januszewski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arnaldo Lano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Arnaldo Lano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tytus Zieba in the 63rd minute of play. Arnaldo Lano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugeniusz Sokolski, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Twierdza Wroclaw's Roman Januszewski got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Americo Turi hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Twierdza Wroclaw's Kajetan Turak got control of the ball when Narciso Gilen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Club Atlético Burzaco's Arnaldo Lano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugeniusz Sokolski in the 80th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tytus Zieba in the 81st minute of play forced Club Atlético Burzaco's goalkeeper Arnaldo Lano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Twierdza Wroclaw getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Tytus Zieba hit a great ball. Twierdza Wroclaw's Kajetan Turak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Twierdza Wroclaw from getting a goal against them. Club Atlético Burzaco's Arnaldo Lano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugeniusz Sokolski in the 90th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Twierdza Wroclaw fully deserved thier win.
