Bo Wegl's late challenge caught a Sparta LKS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bo Wegl helped the player get up and apologised. In the 17th minute of the match Wladyslaw Kajdasz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Piotr Diepgen skillfully saved the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Johannes-Paul Heite got free with Kacper Japola in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Ksawery Felenak came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Sparta LKS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ksawery Felenak couldn't finish the play. Johannes-Paul Heite scored 1-0 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kacper Japola, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ludomir Koperski in the 28th minute of play forced Buffalo Bills's goalkeeper Piotr Diepgen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Josef Hoff fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Buffalo Bills's protests and gave Josef Hoff a yellow card for diving instead. Josef Hoff hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. The supporters of Buffalo Bills booed when Sparta LKS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ksawery Felenak didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ksawery Felenak kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Sparta LKS's Kacper Japola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tarik Enderle in the 41st minute of play. Ole Meul received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Kacper Japola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Sparta LKS's Kacper Japola got control of the ball when Johannes-Paul Heite tried to sneak it across the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ludomir Koperski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kacper Japola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ole Meul in the 51st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johannes-Paul Heite in the 58th minute of play forced Sparta LKS's goalkeeper Kacper Japola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kacper Japola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Josef Hoff, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65th minute Ole Meul shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kacper Japola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Immanuel Mölber fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Buffalo Bills's protests and gave Immanuel Mölber a yellow card for diving instead. Immanuel Mölber hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. After 85 minutes, Leon Kensicki mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sparta LKS and the Buffalo Bills players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Sparta LKS's Leon Kensicki got a free kick in the 85th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sylwester Trojanowski in the 89th minute of play forced Buffalo Bills's goalkeeper Piotr Diepgen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kacper Japola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johannes-Paul Heite in the 91st minute of play. Sparta LKS's Ksawery Felenak got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kacper Japola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Josef Hoff, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There was no doubt that Buffalo Bills were the better team. Buffalo Bills's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
