C.A.Esparta's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Lisandro Roches 14 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. 21 minutes into the game, Agustin Opilano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C.A.Esparta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave No Me Inscriban Gracias the free kick. Agustin Opilano hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Cristian Pardaves kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 33rd minute Gilberto Nofre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felipe Salantes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Xavian Alamasa came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the No Me Inscriban Gracias fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xavian Alamasa couldn't finish the play. Rubio Poo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erasmo Beltza kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lino Arnau made a kick off. Xavian Alamasa scored 2-2 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mauricio Tabor, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Juan-Carlos Izarra took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mauricio Tabor. Mauricio Tabor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Felipe Salantes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lino Arnau in the 75th minute of play. Juan-Carlos Izarra took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mauricio Tabor. Mauricio Tabor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. When Xavian Alamasa came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the No Me Inscriban Gracias fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xavian Alamasa couldn't finish the play. Lisandro Roches struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Mauricio Tabor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for No Me Inscriban Gracias. The supporters of No Me Inscriban Gracias booed when C.A.Esparta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramiro Aimar didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Juan-Carlos Izarra managed to get in a good position for a shot. No Me Inscriban Gracias's supporters rose to their feet, but Juan-Carlos Izarra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mauricio Tabor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mauricio Tabor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xavian Alamasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. After having played for 95 minutes, Lisandro Roches managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. No Me Inscriban Gracias's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lisandro Roches was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the C.A.Esparta players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for No Me Inscriban Gracias.
