Spectators: 7518 (Terracing: 5639, Seating: 1729, VIP seats: 150) Estudiantes de Merida FC were furious when Cristiano Casa was red carded, 3 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 3 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Estudiantes de Merida FC! The goalkeeper, Amancio Pedrueza, was totally fooled by San Roque FC's Agustin Garcia De Paredes, who 5 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. With his leg Amancio Pedrueza managed to avoid a goal in the 13thth minute, when San Roque FC's Hector Pinilla fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 15 played minutes San Roque FC got a freekick which was hit by Martín Ríos. An unexpected shot in the 19th minute by Hector Pinilla got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The supporters of San Roque FC booed when Estudiantes de Merida FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jesús Gómez didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Estudiantes de Merida FC's Amancio Pedrueza got control of the ball when Agustin Garcia De Paredes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Amancio Pedrueza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rolando Spadafora, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 27th match minute, Estudiantes de Merida FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Nevares to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Txilar Terminel in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Romel Villarreal saved San Roque FC from getting behind. In the 33rd minute, Nicolás Navarro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Estudiantes de Merida FC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Txilar Terminel hit a great ball. Rolando Spadafora fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amancio Pedrueza having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Txilar Terminel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Estudiantes de Merida FC got a freekick which was hit by Jose Nevares. Estudiantes de Merida FC's Amancio Pedrueza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rolando Spadafora in the 53rd minute of play. In the 55th minute, Rolando Spadafora ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Amancio Pedrueza was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Estudiantes de Merida FC's Amancio Pedrueza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rolando Spadafora in the 66th minute of play. Rolando Spadafora blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Amancio Pedrueza having to make a save. Estudiantes de Merida FC's Amancio Pedrueza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hector Pinilla in the 75th minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, Estudiantes de Merida FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rolando Spadafora came free, but Amancio Pedrueza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Romel Villarreal was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bortzaioriz Ganzo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 78 minute of play. Rolando Spadafora kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the game, Martín Ríos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Amancio Pedrueza was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, San Roque FC's David Ramos got a free kick in the 95th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The San Roque FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Estudiantes de Merida FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
