Horacio Procopio made in the 65th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Virgilio Quin however managed to control. In the 70th minute Carolo Urbasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but William Svanér saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 73 minutes into the game, Horacio Procopio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Grosso United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Boca Juniors the free kick. A collision led to Grosso United getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. William Svanér made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Grosso United had played much better football throughout.
