Spectators: 7458 (Terracing: 5594, Seating: 1715, VIP seats: 149) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Zé Pedro Nóbrega got the match started through his kick off. Godofredo Manny fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thiago Pinho having to interfere. 4 minutes into the game, Grosso United's Adrian Curcio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thiago Pinho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Adrian Curcio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 9 minutes into the match, Hyper9 -DMZ-'s goal looked a bit too open when Godofredo Manny came free, but Thiago Pinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adrian Curcio might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Thiago Pinho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Adrian Curcio ran back to his position shaking his head. Thiago Pinho came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Grosso United's Adrian Curcio. But to his dismay, Adrian Curcio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After 16 minutes, José Maria de Barros mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hyper9 -DMZ- and the Grosso United players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 16 played minutes Hyper9 -DMZ- got a freekick which was hit by José Maria de Barros. Thiago Pinho didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Godofredo Manny went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Adrian Curcio scored 0-4 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Thiago Pinho, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thiago Pinho didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adrian Curcio went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. In the 34th minute, Carolo Urbasa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Grosso United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. 0-7 became the score in the 40th minute when Adrian Curcio elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 46th minute, Godofredo Manny got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half Grosso United were leading 0-7. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Godofredo Manny to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Gaspar Ler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Grosso United's Isidoro Nuxila got a free kick in the 58th minute. Ronaldo Braga took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 60th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Saturnino Romo. Grosso United's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luís Gustavo Cruz in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Saturnino Romo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Grosso United booed when Hyper9 -DMZ- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedrinho Paraibano didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Godofredo Manny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hyper9 -DMZ-'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 71st minute, when Godofredo Manny scored to the left of an out of position Thiago Pinho, making the score, 0-9. Saturnino Romo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luís Gustavo Cruz's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. Godofredo Manny sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thiago Pinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godofredo Manny in the 81st minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Adrian Curcio made a precise shot to the right of Thiago Pinho. Hyper9 -DMZ-'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-10. Godofredo Manny received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Thiago Pinho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Adrian Curcio fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Grosso United's protests and gave Adrian Curcio a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Grosso United getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Adrian Curcio hit a great ball. When the final whistle sounded Grosso United left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Hyper9 -DMZ-.
