In the 8th minute Borys Falkiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saturnino Romo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Mario gool's Borys Falkiewicz got a free kick in the 10th minute. A collision led to Grosso United getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Adrian Curcio hit a great ball. Saturnino Romo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Borys Falkiewicz in the 21st minute of play. 22 minutes had been played when some careless play by Grosso United's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Roch Hoffman was slow to take the kick. During this time Mario gool's players had a chance to rest. Borys Falkiewicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Saturnino Romo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Barnaba Zacharek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Godofredo Manny, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. After some careless play in the Mario gool defense, Adrian Curcio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Barnaba Zacharek. The Mario gool fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Barnaba Zacharek should have stopped the shot. In a very dangerous position, a player in Mario gool fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 55th minute. Penalty! Saturnino Romo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Borys Falkiewicz in the 59th minute of play. Saturnino Romo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bartlomiej Dlugi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mario gool's Barnaba Zacharek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godofredo Manny in the 65th minute of play. In the 72nd minute of the match, Dawid Wyrzykowski tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Saturnino Romo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With an all-out effort, Mario gool's Saturnino Romo threw himself towards the right post 74 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Borys Falkiewicz, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Dawid Wyrzykowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saturnino Romo having to interfere. In the 82nd minute, Radomir Orling got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Grosso United's Saturnino Romo got control of the ball when Radomir Orling tried to sneak it across the goal line. Saturnino Romo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bartlomiej Dlugi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 85 minute of play.
