TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Vítor de Lima played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Lia in the 4th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Riesgo Cero's Diego Lia got a free kick in the 10th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anselmo Nerio during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of TIMETER EC -DMZ- booed when Riesgo Cero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anselmo Nerio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 13 played minutes Riesgo Cero got a freekick which was hit by Clodoveo Pacho. Prudencio Rolado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Vítor de Lima tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22ndth minute of the game Alejandro Micael who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Vítor de Lima was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Lia in the 27th minute of play forced TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s goalkeeper Vítor de Lima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Allan Monteiro fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s protests and gave Allan Monteiro a yellow card for diving instead. In the 28th match minute, TIMETER EC -DMZ- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Allan Monteiro to maneuver through the defense. Diego Lia scored 2-0 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vítor de Lima, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alejandro Micael took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vítor de Lima. Vítor de Lima dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. 36 minutes into the match, TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s goalkeeper Vítor de Lima had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victorio Tartalo. Prudencio Rolado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benicio Arias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustavo Corrêa in the 46th minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gustavo Corrêa was the one to do the kick off. Claudio Egoi's late challenge caught a TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Claudio Egoi helped the player get up and apologised. Claudio Egoi hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. When Jairo Martins fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s protests and gave Jairo Martins a yellow card for diving instead. In the 54th match minute, TIMETER EC -DMZ- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jairo Martins to maneuver through the defense. Diego Lia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vítor de Lima having to interfere. Riesgo Cero's Prudencio Rolado suffered a concussion in the 67th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. During the 67th minute of the match Jairo Martins completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Jairo Martins a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. 67 minutes into the game, one of TIMETER EC -DMZ-:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 70th minute there was a penalty for Riesgo Cero. Anselmo Nerio stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Vítor de Lima. 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Lia in the 78th minute of play forced TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s goalkeeper Vítor de Lima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Vítor de Lima played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Lia in the 80th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Gustavo Corrêa kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Benicio Arias. That made the score 5-1 in the 82 minute of play. Gustavo Corrêa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Benicio Arias made a huge save. Victorio Eliu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vítor de Lima having to make a save. 92 minutes into the match, TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s goal looked a bit too open when Alejandro Micael came free, but Vítor de Lima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vítor de Lima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Lia in the 99th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Riesgo Cero fans cheered their team off the field, for while TIMETER EC -DMZ- had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
