Spectators: 7483 (Terracing: 5614, Seating: 1720, VIP seats: 149) MICE F.C.'s Vladimiros Pardalakis started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Arne Emander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marios Georgiadis, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anders Överman in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Filippos Serametakis saved MICE F.C. from getting behind. Bajen's Arne Emander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marios Georgiadis in the 12th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Anders Överman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Filippos Serametakis was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. A collision led to Bajen getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Jonas Vennerberg hit a great ball. In the 20th minute, Marios Georgiadis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arne Emander was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. A collision led to Bajen getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Fritz Henriksson hit a great ball. Allan Ström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Filippos Serametakis made a huge save. Aimilios Koupepes might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arne Emander. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aimilios Koupepes ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 31st minute, Kostas Nikoloudis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 35 minutes into the match, Bajen's goal looked a bit too open when Vladimiros Pardalakis came free, but Arne Emander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 39 minutes into the match, Bajen's goal looked a bit too open when Aimilios Koupepes came free, but Arne Emander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Bajen getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Rickard Ersman hit a great ball. In the 42nd minute of the match Petros Labiris shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arne Emander showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Arne Emander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aimilios Koupepes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Allan Ström was the one to do the kick off. When Aimilios Koupepes fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MICE F.C.'s protests and gave Aimilios Koupepes a yellow card for diving instead. In the 53rd minute, Aimilios Koupepes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 56th match minute, MICE F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aimilios Koupepes to maneuver through the defense. Arne Emander came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by MICE F.C.'s Vladimiros Pardalakis. But to his dismay, Vladimiros Pardalakis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 66th minute, Anders Överman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Filippos Serametakis was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Arne Emander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vladimiros Pardalakis in the 70th minute of play. In the 72nd minute Marios Georgiadis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Emander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74thth minute of the game Anders Överman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MICE F.C.'s Filippos Serametakis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 78th minute, Rickard Ersman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arne Emander was a little too slow when Petros Labiris got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 79th minute. The score was now 1-4. In the 84th minute Marios Georgiadis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Emander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Bajen booed when MICE F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marios Trakas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anders Överman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Filippos Serametakis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Filippos Serametakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Allan Ström in the 90th minute of play. Bengt-Rune Tolsson hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. If Petros Labiris had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The MICE F.C. players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
