Diogenis Priovolos started the match with the kick off. Joonatan Tulp charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joonatan Tulp the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Doctor getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Joonatan Tulp hit a great ball. Ilias Peristeropoulos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joonatan Tulp in the 7th minute of the match. Kostas Triantopoulos hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Alekos Korakakis hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. If Avo Märjamaa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. ΠΑΟΚ FC's Diogenis Priovolos came free and shot a quick shot against goal 18 minutes in the game, fortunately Arvo Viksi had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Peep Maasik kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute Diogenis Priovolos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arvo Viksi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Diogenis Priovolos's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 23rdth minute, Arvo Viksi skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind ΠΑΟΚ FC's goalkeeper Ilias Peristeropoulos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 26 minutes into the game, Doctor's Joonatan Tulp nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ilias Peristeropoulos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 31 minutes into the match, Doctor's goalkeeper Arvo Viksi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thrasivoulos Moisiadis. When Siim Villig fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Doctor's protests and gave Siim Villig a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of ΠΑΟΚ FC booed when Doctor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Siim Villig didn't get a good kick on the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Stavros Symeonatos notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Doctor's Arvo Viksi. Arvo Viksi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of ΠΑΟΚ FC booed when Doctor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Avo Märjamaa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Diogenis Priovolos in the 47thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Arvo Viksi, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Joonatan Tulp made the kick off in the second half. Arvo Viksi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thrasivoulos Moisiadis in the 53rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thrasivoulos Moisiadis in the 56th minute of play forced Doctor's goalkeeper Arvo Viksi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 57th play minutes Diogenis Priovolos shot 3-1, a short shot which went by Arvo Viksi and just under the crossbar into goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Diogenis Priovolos in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arvo Viksi saved Doctor from getting behind. ΠΑΟΚ FC's Ilias Peristeropoulos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save ΠΑΟΚ FC from getting a goal against them. Avo Märjamaa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Ilias Peristeropoulos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 76 played minutes Doctor got a freekick which was hit by Avo Märjamaa. When ΠΑΟΚ FC's Diogenis Priovolos in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Doctor's goalie prevented a goal. The audience was convinced that Diogenis Priovolos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arvo Viksi was relentless in the 88th minute of the game.
