An unexpected shot in the 7th minute by Silvério Barral got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Doctor's Arvo Viksi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Doctor from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Silvério Barral in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arvo Viksi saved Doctor from getting behind. Silvério Barral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arvo Viksi having to interfere. Laur Uudekülg charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Laur Uudekülg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Doctor getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Laur Uudekülg hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Silvério Barral took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Arvo Viksi to make any attempt to save it. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Ernesto Bezerra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Ernesto Bezerra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arvo Viksi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's zone, Joonatan Tulp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xandinho Bomba came out of the goal and Joonatan Tulp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Xandinho Bomba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Avo Märjamaa in the 36th minute of play. 40 minutes into the game, Silvério Barral lined in a short shot 3-0 behind a frustrated Arvo Viksi.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joonatan Tulp was the one to do the kick off. Avo Märjamaa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 58th minute Silvério Barral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arvo Viksi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arvo Viksi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Silvério Barral went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's Silas Costa got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's Júlio Velloso was substituted for Heintje Taffarel. Doctor's Laur Uudekülg got his second yellow card of the match in the 69th minute. The referee ordered Laur Uudekülg off the ground. After 73 minutes, Avo Märjamaa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Doctor and the Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Giuseppe da Costa in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arvo Viksi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Giuseppe da Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Avo Märjamaa was extremely unlucky when he, in the 94th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
