An unexpectedly hard shot by Angel Senon in the 23rd minute of play forced Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's goalkeeper Xandinho Bomba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucio Xacintu hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 30 minutes, Leonides Donostia successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gugu Silva got free with Leonides Donostia in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 92 minutes of play Prensadito Fulbo Clu's Enzo Gai was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Enzo Gai hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Paulo Brito took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 94th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Leonides Donostia. Prensadito Fulbo Clu's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Prensadito Fulbo Clu's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
