Spectators: 7465 (Terracing: 5600, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Salas Ibero started the match with the kick off. Vergaray Esquide made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evaristo Tolino in the 13th minute of play. Refik Cumhur could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Vergaray Esquide made a huge save. Audaz FC's Vergaray Esquide proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Audaz FC from getting a goal against them. Vergaray Esquide made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilton de Amaral in the 27th minute of play. When Karaboudjan's Wilton de Amaral in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Audaz FC's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Karaboudjan booed when Audaz FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xurxo Negral didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute, Karaboudjan's Wilton de Amaral ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vergaray Esquide. Vergaray Esquide yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Filomeno Nicholas received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vergaray Esquide came out and tried to block the shot, but Filomeno Nicholas slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 39th minute. 42 minutes into the match, Karaboudjan's goal looked a bit too open when Salas Ibero came free, but Elano Travassos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wilton de Amaral might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vergaray Esquide. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wilton de Amaral ran back to his position shaking his head. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wilton de Amaral made a kick off. Vergaray Esquide showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilton de Amaral, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. After 52 played minutes Audaz FC got a freekick which was hit by Salas Ibero. After some careless play in the Audaz FC defense, Evaristo Tolino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vergaray Esquide. The Audaz FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vergaray Esquide should have stopped the shot. Audaz FC's Vergaray Esquide played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Refik Cumhur in the 62nd minute of play. Xurxo Negral hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. If Refik Cumhur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Salas Ibero received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Elano Travassos came out and tried to block the shot, but Salas Ibero slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 71st minute. Karaboudjan were furious when Santiago Starnes was red carded, 76 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 76th match minute, Karaboudjan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santiago Starnes to maneuver through the defense. After 77 played minutes, Audaz FC's Chico Ruifrancos shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Elano Travassos came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Audaz FC reached it. Filomeno Nicholas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Vergaray Esquide tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Evaristo Tolino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vergaray Esquide took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filomeno Nicholas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vergaray Esquide showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zé Augusto Brasil in the 89th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Karaboudjan had won after a very even match.
