An unexpectedly hard shot by Cipriano Arixo in the 5th minute of play forced Los Ángeles de Charlie 2's goalkeeper Eduardo Fernandez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 8th minute, Generoso Ofelio made a precise shot to the right of Eduardo Fernandez. Los Ángeles de Charlie 2's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Lucio Nobo scored 1-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ismael Froylan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Los Ángeles de Charlie 2's Ospin Pedraza was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 20th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Ismael Froylan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucio Nobo, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Los Ángeles de Charlie 2's Eduardo Fernandez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cipriano Arixo in the 30th minute of play. Conrado Oliverio was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 36 minutes into the match. Ospin Pedraza received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ismael Froylan came out and tried to block the shot, but Ospin Pedraza slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 41st minute. Cuervo Loco FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 45th minute, when Ospin Pedraza scored to the left of an out of position Ismael Froylan, making the score, 4-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arxel Estruch to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Emilio Ilazki managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cuervo Loco FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Emilio Ilazki was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eduardo Fernandez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 57 played minutes Los Ángeles de Charlie 2 got a freekick which was hit by Eustaquio Martin. Ismael Froylan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ospin Pedraza in the 82nd minute of play. Ismael Froylan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ospin Pedraza in the 84th minute of the match. After 93 played minutes Los Ángeles de Charlie 2 got a freekick which was hit by Ospin Pedraza. There was no doubt that Los Ángeles de Charlie 2 were the better team. Los Ángeles de Charlie 2's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
