An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Hernandez in the 11th minute of play forced VC zoetwater's goalkeeper Stan Hagemans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vicente Elija took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stan Hagemans. Stan Hagemans dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Daniel Hernandez scored 0-4 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stan Hagemans, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 18 played minutes FrenaHayBache got a freekick which was hit by Hernan Gombal. FrenaHayBache's Hugo Abajas got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 29 minutes into the match, VC zoetwater's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Abajas came free, but Stan Hagemans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stan Hagemans didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Hernandez went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Stan Hagemans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vicente Elija in the 38th minute of play. VC zoetwater's Stan Hagemans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Hernandez in the 39th minute of play. When Hugo Abajas came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the FrenaHayBache fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hugo Abajas couldn't finish the play. In the 44th minute, Edwin Jennes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 46th minute of the game. One of VC zoetwater:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FrenaHayBache:s goal. Stan Hagemans had in the 49thth minute some difficulties stopping Vicente Elija's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Andreas Wollans to strike the kick off in the second half. Hugo Abajas scored 0-6 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stan Hagemans, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Daniel Hernandez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stan Hagemans was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. 69 minutes into the match, VC zoetwater's goalkeeper Stan Hagemans had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Hernandez. Stan Hagemans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vicente Elija, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. In the 77th minute Vicente Elija shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stan Hagemans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in VC zoetwater's zone, Vicente Elija stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stan Hagemans came out of the goal and Vicente Elija tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FrenaHayBache's Daniel Hernandez was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 82nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Stan Hagemans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vicente Elija in the 86th minute of play. VC zoetwater's Stan Hagemans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Hernandez in the 87th minute of play. Stan Hagemans made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Daniel Hernandez sent off a good shot on target. Jos Armentier kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Hernandez got free with Stan Hagemans in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 97 minutes into the match, Daniel Hernandez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stan Hagemans. VC zoetwater's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Hernandez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-9. When the match was over FrenaHayBache could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than VC zoetwater throughout the match.
