Jairo Carrasqueira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pankracy Jakisz having to interfere. In the 23rd minute Edward Derlanga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Germano Carmona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edward Derlanga kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Jairo Carrasqueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Pankracy Jakisz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pankracy Jakisz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Américo Albuquerque in the 30th minute of play. A collision led to Weronka Team getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Américo Albuquerque to make the kick off. After 54 played minutes Stars Academy got a freekick which was hit by Jairo Carrasqueira. The supporters of Weronka Team booed when Stars Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Máximo Baía didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 64th match minute, Stars Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albérico Bacelar to maneuver through the defense. 66 minutes into the game, Edward Derlanga was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Weronka Team's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Stars Academy the free kick. Dominik Kochowski scored 2-1 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Germano Carmona, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 91 minutes of play, Stars Academy's Américo Albuquerque made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pankracy Jakisz was left in no man's land by his defense there!
