With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wesley Meira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Angelo Urtzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Wesley Meira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mauro Eleder struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Wesley Meira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Olds School Pepo. Olds School Pepo's Edelmiro Sesuldo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Olds School Pepo from getting a goal against them. 17 minutes into the match, Olds School Pepo's goal looked a bit too open when João Tinoco came free, but Edelmiro Sesuldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Tinoco in the 17th minute of play forced Olds School Pepo's goalkeeper Edelmiro Sesuldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20thth minute of the game Mauro Eleder who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Maverick Futebol Clube's Wesley Meira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Paulo Renato Linhares hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 22nd match minute, Olds School Pepo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severo Gaitan to maneuver through the defense. Edelmiro Sesuldo made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Sandrinho Quintal sent off a good shot on target. In the 29th minute of the match Benito Claus shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wesley Meira showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Olds School Pepo's Ciriaco Weather got a free kick in the 37th minute. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Mauro Eleder put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Wesley Meira. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Paulo Renato Linhares to make the kick off. Mauro Eleders short, quick shot in the 57thth minute got Wesley Meira to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Wesley Meira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mauro Eleder went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After 75 played minutes, Olds School Pepo's Ciriaco Weather shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Wesley Meira came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Olds School Pepo reached it. 75 minutes into the game, João Tinoco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mauro Eleder could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Wesley Meira made a huge save. After having played for 83 minutes, Mauro Eleder managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Olds School Pepo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mauro Eleder was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 85th minute, Olds School Pepo's Eloy Oskarbi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Wesley Meira. Wesley Meira yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. A collision led to Maverick Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Vágner Proença hit a great ball. Olds School Pepo's Ciriaco Weather couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 89th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Maverick Futebol Clube. Vágner Proença got his second yellow card in the match during the 90th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. When the final whistle sounded Olds School Pepo left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Maverick Futebol Clube.
