Spectators: 7481 (Terracing: 5612, Seating: 1720, VIP seats: 149) Olds School Pepo's Mauro Eleder started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Eloy Oskarbi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wesley Meira made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Mauro Eleder sent off a good shot on target. Mauro Eleder in the 20thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Wesley Meira, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Eustaquio Eutor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Wesley Meira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 23rd minute Paulo Renato Linhares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edelmiro Sesuldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 26 played minutes Maverick Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Cafu Pires. After some careless play in the Maverick Futebol Clube defense, Mauro Eleder kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wesley Meira. The Maverick Futebol Clube fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wesley Meira should have stopped the shot. Mauro Eleder's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 37thth minute, Wesley Meira skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 39 played minutes Maverick Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Sandrinho Quintal. Mauro Eleder's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wesley Meira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. Wesley Meira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauro Eleder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mauro Eleder got free with Wesley Meira in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Paulo Renato Linhares to make the kick off. If Eustaquio Eutor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 55th minute, Eloy Oskarbi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wesley Meira was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Wesley Meira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauro Eleder, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Maverick Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Eustaquio Eutor came free, but Wesley Meira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mauro Eleder scored 4-0 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wesley Meira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 67th play minutes Mauro Eleder shot 5-0, a short shot which went by Wesley Meira and just under the crossbar into goal. Olívio Teles kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Ciriaco Weather was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 71st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 74thth minute of the game Eloy Oskarbi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Maverick Futebol Clube's Wesley Meira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Mauro Eleder's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wesley Meira was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mauro Eleder in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wesley Meira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Maverick Futebol Clube's Wesley Meira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Eleder in the 82nd minute of play. Wesley Meira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauro Eleder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Olds School Pepo had played much better football throughout.
