Wesley Meira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ixona Torrent, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Jabier Garavito managed to get in a good position for a shot. Spor Las Huevas's supporters rose to their feet, but Jabier Garavito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wesley Meira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 59 minutes of play Spor Las Huevas's Bitxintxo Fururia was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With 65 minutes on the clock, Gogo Mascire commited a dangerous tackle. Spor Las Huevas's Shepherd Herro quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Sílvio Luiz Vidal, made in the 90th minute of the game. Thomás Tepedino's late challenge caught a Spor Las Huevas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Thomás Tepedino helped the player get up and apologised. In the 90th minute, one of Maverick Futebol Clube:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Maverick Futebol Clube.
