In the 12th minute Oscar Prestes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kent Backman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th minute, Zuera Never End MZC's Oscar Prestes ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kent Backman. Kent Backman yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Kent Backman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oscar Prestes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Santo Everton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilbert Åkesson in the 25th minute of the match. Décio Miranda charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Décio Miranda the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Zuera Never End MZC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Décio Miranda hit a great ball. When the match clock showed 35 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Oscar Prestes sped through Norrlands Athen's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kent Backman. Válter Figueiredo came free with the goalkeeper in the 39th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Kent Backman could save by the left post. Norrlands Athen's Kent Backman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oscar Prestes in the 42nd minute of play. Kent Backman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Faas Marsal in the 43rd minute. Kent Backman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oscar Prestes in the 44th minute of the match. In the 47th minute, Oscar Prestes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kent Backman was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The Norrlands Athen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kent Backman should have stopped the shot. Norrlands Athen's Kent Backman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Válter Figueiredo in the 67th minute of play. Kent Backman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Oscar Prestes went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. 71 minutes into the game, Oskar Björk was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Norrlands Athen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zuera Never End MZC the free kick. Oskar Björk hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Oscar Prestes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zuera Never End MZC's supporters rose to their feet, but Oscar Prestes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kent Backman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kent Backman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oscar Prestes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 75 minutes, Rickard Andreasson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Norrlands Athen and the Zuera Never End MZC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Norrlands Athen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oscar Prestes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. Zuera Never End MZC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
