After a rather tough play, Fcion C.A.'s Edgard Enaut got a free kick in the 2nd minute. After 5 played minutes Fcion C.A. got a freekick which was hit by Damian Madeo. Armando Araoz might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Judas Icardi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Armando Araoz ran back to his position shaking his head. 15 minutes into the match, Fcion C.A.'s goal looked a bit too open when Armando Araoz came free, but Judas Icardi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Abelardo Perico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Fcion C.A. booed when Yo Soy Tu Padre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armando Araoz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nery Pumpido took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgard Enaut, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Armando Araoz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Fcion C.A.'s Juan Krupoviesa got a free kick in the 34th minute. A collision led to Fcion C.A. getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Alonzo Tartalo hit a great ball. Judas Icardi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armando Araoz in the 41st minute of the match. Armando Araoz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 44thth minute tested the skills of Judas Icardi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 46 minutes into the game, Yo Soy Tu Padre's Armando Araoz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Judas Icardi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0.

In the 55th match minute, Yo Soy Tu Padre was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armando Araoz to maneuver through the defense. 57 minutes into the game, Filomeno Chaime was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Yo Soy Tu Padre's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fcion C.A. the free kick. After a rather tough play, Fcion C.A.'s Celestino Sarracino got a free kick in the 58th minute. Judas Icardi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Araoz in the 59th minute of play. After 61 minutes Fcion C.A.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Niceto Chus who took care of the corner kick. At last the ball reached Filomeno Chaime at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Fcion C.A.. 2-0. Through an outstanding action, after 65 minutes, Nery Pumpido successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Armando Araoz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Judas Icardi having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Araoz in the 72nd minute of play forced Fcion C.A.'s goalkeeper Judas Icardi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Yo Soy Tu Padre's Cipriano Eguzki got a free kick in the 80th minute. 83 minutes into the game, Armando Araoz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Judas Icardi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 86 minutes of play, Yo Soy Tu Padre's Cipriano Eguzki made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Judas Icardi was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 90th minute, Cipriano Eguzki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Armando Araoz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Yo Soy Tu Padre had won after a very even match.
