But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Geovani Borges couldn't finish the play. Luís Fabiano Félix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yuriy Lavrynenko having to interfere. In the 20th minute of the match, Viktor Stus tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gino Hoffmann saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 22 minutes of play, Figueira SC FSCMZ's Geovani Borges made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yuriy Lavrynenko was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 26th minute, Geovani Borges ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yuriy Lavrynenko was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Evaristo Meira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Yuriy Lavrynenko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 38 minutes of play, Figueira SC FSCMZ's Geovani Borges made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yuriy Lavrynenko was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 43rd match minute, Figueira SC FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reinaldo Carvalho to maneuver through the defense. Yuriy Lavrynenko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geovani Borges in the 46th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Afonsinho Donatello during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Afonsinho Donatello hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

In the 54th match minute, Figueira SC FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evaristo Meira to maneuver through the defense. Yuriy Lavrynenko made an important save on a dangerous shot by Geovani Borges in the 61st minute. Maxym Ivanskyi kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Figueira SC FSCMZ's Geovani Borges got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Olexiy Gunchak kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Figueira SC FSCMZ were furious when Afonsinho Donatello was red carded, 70 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 70th minute, one of Figueira SC FSCMZ:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Figueira SC FSCMZ. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Kolos's goalkeeper Yuriy Lavrynenko, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 79th minute Symon Glushko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gino Hoffmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 83 played minutes Figueira SC FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Alexsandro Carioca. Evaristo Meira succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-4 in the 90th playminute. After 97 played minutes Figueira SC FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Evandro do Valle. In the 99th match minute, FC Kolos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kyrylo Zub to maneuver through the defense. The Figueira SC FSCMZ supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Figueira SC FSCMZ would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
