Spectators: 7487 (Terracing: 5616, Seating: 1722, VIP seats: 149) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Per Stigsson took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leif Söderberg in the 5th minute of play forced SE Palmeiras's goalkeeper Nilson Dracena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sören Termander came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by SE Palmeiras's Basílio do Valle. But to his dismay, Basílio do Valle quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Urban Ahlberg kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Sören Termander came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by SE Palmeiras's Basílio do Valle. Sören Termander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ian Cerezo in the 13th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, SE Palmeiras's Sören Termander threw himself towards the right post 19 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ian Cerezo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Sören Termander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ian Cerezo in the 21st minute of play. After 22 played minutes Gunnarsbyn got a freekick which was hit by Leif Söderberg. Sören Termander came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by SE Palmeiras's Ian Cerezo. But to his dismay, Ian Cerezo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 29th minute Ian Cerezo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sören Termander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gunnarsbyn's defense didn't have a chance, in the 30th minute, when Zé Augusto Luz scored to the left of an out of position Sören Termander, making the score, 4-0. 33 minutes into the match, Ian Cerezo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Sören Termander, 5-0. Sören Termander didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 37th minute, which inside left pole to 6-0. 40 minutes into the game, SE Palmeiras's Ian Cerezo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sören Termander made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. In the 44th minute, SE Palmeiras's Ian Cerezo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sören Termander. Sören Termander yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 8-0. With a little luck, Gunnarsbyn's Sören Termander got control of the ball when Zé Augusto Luz tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 8-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ian Cerezo to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 58th match minute, SE Palmeiras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Fernando Aparecido to maneuver through the defense. In the 59th minute, Kjell-Arne Deckberg sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and SE Palmeiras's Nilson Dracena didn't even have to move. After a rather tough play, SE Palmeiras's Carlos Fernando Aparecido got a free kick in the 60th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Basílio do Valle in the 66th minute of play forced Gunnarsbyn's goalkeeper Sören Termander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sven Bäck charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sven Bäck the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ian Cerezo in the 72nd minute of play forced Gunnarsbyn's goalkeeper Sören Termander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. SE Palmeiras's Nilson Dracena proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save SE Palmeiras from getting a goal against them. 75 minutes into the match, Gunnarsbyn's goal looked a bit too open when Ian Cerezo came free, but Sören Termander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leif Söderberg's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 77thth minute, Nilson Dracena skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Gunnarsbyn's Sören Termander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ian Cerezo in the 81st minute of play. In the 84th minute, Ian Cerezo made a precise shot to the right of Sören Termander. Gunnarsbyn's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. 89 minutes into the game, SE Palmeiras's Ian Cerezo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sören Termander made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-0. In the 93rd minute, Sven-Olof Bergkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zé Augusto Luz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. SE Palmeiras's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
