Spectators: 7493 (Terracing: 5621, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alfredo Dimo started the match with the kick off. Ionuț Cozma stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alfredo Dimo's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alfredo Dimo in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ionuț Cozma prevented the ball from getting in the gole. ⚽RAE⚽'s Ionuț Cozma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Dimo in the 5th minute of play. After 7 played minutes ⚽RAE⚽ got a freekick which was hit by Damian Oneț. Damian Oneț fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaias Quirze having to interfere. Ionuț Cozma stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alfredo Dimo's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Mercado Paulista F.C's Alvaro Fidensio got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 24 minutes, Victorino Lop mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mercado Paulista F.C and the ⚽RAE⚽ players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Mercado Paulista F.C's Victorino Lop got a free kick in the 24th minute. Ionuț Cozma stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alfredo Dimo's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. The supporters of Mercado Paulista F.C booed when ⚽RAE⚽ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damian Oneț didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 34th minute Alfredo Dimo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ionuț Cozma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Mercado Paulista F.C's Sergio Burni got a free kick in the 38th minute. A collision led to ⚽RAE⚽ getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Iacob Nedelcea hit a great ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Damian Oneț to make the kick off. A collision led to ⚽RAE⚽ getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Aristide Maghiar hit a great ball. In the 54th minute, Baldomero Hernandez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Nicu Pătran fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ⚽RAE⚽'s protests and gave Nicu Pătran a yellow card for diving instead. In the 56th minute, Nicu Pătran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Isaias Quirze took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damian Oneț, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alfredo Dimo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 73rdth minute tested the skills of Ionuț Cozma when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 74 minutes, Alfredo Dimo made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. ⚽RAE⚽'s Ionuț Cozma tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Alfredo Dimo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 81 minutes into the match, Damian Oneț had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Isaias Quirze. Mercado Paulista F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Damian Oneț was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Aristide Maghiar hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Ionuț Cozma made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Alfredo Dimo sent off a good shot on target. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
