After 16 played minutes Inter de Munique got a freekick which was hit by Carlinhos Prata. After 17 minutes of play, Mercado Paulista F.C's Armando Rosalio made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hélder Salles was left in no man's land by his defense there! Isaias Quirze made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Deivid Jacinto sent off a good shot on target. In the 26th minute, Josué Eger made a precise shot to the right of Isaias Quirze. Mercado Paulista F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Hélder Salles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armando Rosalio in the 29th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Armando Rosalio made a precise shot to the right of Hélder Salles. Inter de Munique's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. In the 39th minute Luizão Garcia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaias Quirze saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th minute Walmyr de Queiroz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaias Quirze saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 45 minutes into the match, Mercado Paulista F.C's goalkeeper Isaias Quirze had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Josué Eger. 47 minutes into the game, Albino Asteri was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mercado Paulista F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Inter de Munique the free kick. After a rather tough play, Mercado Paulista F.C's Albino Asteri got a free kick in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Armando Rosalio made a kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Mercado Paulista F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Josué Eger came free, but Isaias Quirze reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Josué Eger in the 59th minute of play forced Mercado Paulista F.C's goalkeeper Isaias Quirze to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Mercado Paulista F.C defense, Luizão Garcia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Isaias Quirze. The Mercado Paulista F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Isaias Quirze should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Josué Eger in the 74th minute of play forced Mercado Paulista F.C's goalkeeper Isaias Quirze to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 75th match minute, Inter de Munique was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celso Koehler to maneuver through the defense. Isaias Quirze showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luizão Garcia in the 79th minute of the match. Hélder Salles made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Natalio Ralondo sent off a good shot on target. Isaias Quirze made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Josué Eger in the 82nd minute of play. Mercado Paulista F.C's Isaias Quirze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luizão Garcia in the 84th minute of play. Armando Rosalio hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Walmyr de Queiroz in the 91st minute of play forced Mercado Paulista F.C's goalkeeper Isaias Quirze to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Inter de Munique players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
